Monthly Farm Audit$19.95
A farm audit is a great way to do a regular pulse check on your farm and ensure everything is running as it should be. We do ours with our management team the last Thursday of every month. If you aren’t involved in your farm every day then this will you give you confidence that your team is managing the farm effectively. It also allows you identify if there are any issues that need to be addressed so that your team can action these before the next month. It is a good tool for continuous improvement. For those who want to empower their team and be able to spend time off farm while while having a good understanding of where their business is at, this is a must do.
Even if you are involved in your farm business every day, having a structured audit like this will ensure nothing is missed. It helps you to set out of the day to day to focus on the overall performance of the farm. It provides a more formal level of checking and control of all elements of your farm and helps to identify problems or gaps that can otherwise go unnoticed until they become even bigger problems.
