LeanFarm Online Program
We want to give farmers all over the world the opportunity to join our unique, practical and interactive LeanFarm program. Our LeanFarm Online Program takes farmers through the same 11 modules as the On Farm program but it is delivered virtually over a period of 11 consecutive weeks. We can run this online program for any group greater than 10 people and you can be located across multiple locations.
Each module is delivered in real time so there is plenty of interaction, activities, group discussion and opportunity to ask plenty of questions and demonstrate examples. Each module ends with an action plan that you take back to your farm to work on prior to the next week's session.
At the end of this program you will have a sound understanding of key lean tools and how to apply them on your farm. The skills will help to transform the way you operate your farm business, ensuring that you work smarter not harder and achieve better outcomes with less resources.
